This Department has been implementing the scheme to broaden and hone the knowledge and skill base of the trainers/faculty members working in the training institutes. All Master Trainers/Recognized Trainers (MTs/RTs) developed by this Department under Trainers Development Programme (TDP), faculty members working in Central Training Institutions (CTls) and State Administrative Training Institutions (ATls) for conducting domestic trainings are eligible for support under the Scheme. The trainers / faculty are sponsored to undergo training in domestic short duration programmes / correspondence courses conducted by premier Intuitions.
